Field Operations Module Up-Grade

This module allows you to create and initiate an incident, open your custom dive log, complete your custom checklist, track divers time, and so much more all in real time!!!! This feature can also be used during drills and training events!

START YOUR DIVE OPERATION AND BUILD IN YOUR TEAM

Once you start a new dive operation divers get entered into the dive operation “onboarding” section from your personal records. By clicking on the diver’s name, you open the custom dive log and checklist section.

The dive log is customizable for your team and can allow tracking of what equipment the diver used, the team they operated on, and the position they are assigned.

NEXT, COMPLETE YOUR CUSTOM CHECKLIST TO ACTIVATE THE DIVER AS “GO” OR “N0-GO”

Once you complete the customizable checklist for your diver their profile tab will go green to indicate they are cleared to dive. At any time the checklist can be updated to indicate if the diver’s status has changed. All of this happens in real time so all command posts and field operations can see the status and ongoing progress of the dive operation.

After the diver checklist is complete the system then allows you to create a team and assign the diver to that team. The Divecodes system also allows you to add the same diver to multiple teams if your operation requires multiple dives by one diver within the same operation.

ASSIGN THE DIVER TO A CUSTOMIZABLE TEAM OR TEAMS BASED ON WHAT YOUR DIVE OPERATION REQUIRES

Team names are fully customizable and can be deleted as needed. This feature gives dive command all the information they need to run an operation while tracking all aspects and personal. This feature has been used in the field by our team and taskforce with great success for over 5 years and one of the keys ingredients in our team’s ability to provide court ready documentation.

Quick access to enter start and end times from the field operation home screen.

We added this feature to allow quick access and the ability to start the divers time direct from the incident, simply click on the diver’s name in the field operations tab and a quick access window will pop up as shown below. No digging for the dive logs or making quick notes on whatever is close bye to record divers’ times in and out of the water. Diver Down Flag will appear when a diver’s time starts to show that diver is now sub-surface and working.
